Festive Hats
Come along for an afternoon of crafty fun with local artist Mary Hayman. Make or decorate a hat using anything you have at home, for example – paper, card, felt, wool, beads and any sparkly items. You may also need scissors, glue, a stapler, a needle and thread or knitting needles. Remember to prepare yourself a drink and nibbles to get in the party mood!!

Feel and look fabulous with the help of Wenda James-Rowe, as she takes you on a super-charged, fun journey of confidence, self-esteem and self-care. Wenda will support and guide you with advice, top tips and fun sessions to love yourself inside & out and to embrace your individuality.

Your Wellbeing Matters
Come and learn new tools and techniques to support wellbeing. All delivered in a relaxed manner by a down to earth trainer. Sessions free for unpaid/family carers – you are welcome to book on one/a few/or all of them! Each workshop lasts for one hour and includes some practical relaxation.

3 Principles for Carers
Online on Thursdays @ 10 – 12pm for 6 weeks from 20 Jan 2022
(with a break for half term)
This simple and profound understanding, called ‘The 3 Principles of Innate Health’, points us back to our own ‘built-in’ mental health and resilience, and helps us experience more peace of mind, clarity, ease, connection and creativity. This 6-week online course (via Zoom) will ‘nourish’ you as an individual, and as a carer; it is a chance to settle down and ‘see’ something different about whatever your challenging thoughts, feelings, and circumstances are presenting.
We all have the ability to access mental wellbeing, exactly as we are, right now, because mental wellbeing is our natural state! Please note these are online sessions – if you are interested in face-to-face sessions, please do get in touch to tell us!
