Two very popular groups for Carers and people living with dementia in the Swansea area are the Forget Me Not Clubs and Musical Memories Choir. And now that Government Covid retrictions are easing it means we can start meeting up again. The details are as follows:

Forget Me Not Clubs

Forget Me Not Clubs aim to bring together people living with dementia and carers for friendship, support and fun. The West Cross club is reopening on Monday afternoons 2-3.30pm at Linden Church, Elm Grove Road, West Cross, Swansea, SA3 5LD. We have some space for new members so get in touch with helen@redcommunityproject.org.uk if you’d like to join.

Musical Memories Choir

Musical Memories Choir is a choir with a purpose aimed at bringing the many benefits of music and singing to people living with dementia and carers. We have started meeting again outside Linden Church, Elm Grove Road, Swansea SA3 5LD on Fridays at 1-2.30pm. We need to book people in for the sessions so email helen@redcommunityproject.org.uk if you’d like to come.
