Swansea Carers Centre Dementia Carers Meet Up for World Alzheimer’s Day
The 21st of September is marked around the globe as World Alzheimer’s Day, to raise awareness of Alzhiemer’s disease and related dementias. To also dispell myths and stigmas about the condition and those who live with it.
To recognise the day, the Swansea Carers Centre are inviting you to a Dementia Carers Meet Up in Brynmill Park.
When?
From 12pm – 3pm on Tuesday 21st September. You can come for as long or as short a time as you can and cared for loved ones are welcome to come too.

Meet at the Hide Centre/ Park Kiosk
Join Swansea Carers Centre for a drop-in session to connect in with other people who care for those with dementia. There will also be people from Age Cymru West Glamorgan, Care and Repair, Fire Safety Officer and Sporting Memories on hand too if you are looking for support and information. Refreshments will be available.
