Blue Badges & Herbert Protocol
As well as being able to help with Blue Badge applications, the Hwb can help with completing Herbert Protocol, for use in the event of a loved one with dementia going missing.

Safe Space & LFTs
The Hwb has also become a Swansea BID recognised ‘safe space’ (badge is displayed in the window), meaning that passers by will know that they can come to the Hwb for safety and support.
Also working in collaboration with Social Services the Hwb has become a distribution centre for LFT (Covid-19 Lateral Flow Tests) kits for unpaid carers or personal assistants for clinically vulnerable people.
